Your Coaching Journey in 3 Steps
Coaching is a partnership. It’s about you taking ownership of your life—with someone walking beside you. It’s not about fixing you; it’s about helping you grow into the person you’re meant to be. I understand that cost matters. That’s why I keep my coaching sessions as accessible and affordable as possible. You’re always in control of how many sessions you commit to—and we’ll build a plan that works for both your goals and your budget.
Here’s how we begin:
Your journey starts with a paid 60-minute consultation. This session helps us both understand if we’re a good fit. We’ll explore your goals, the areas where you feel stuck, and what you’re hoping to change or achieve. You’ll walk away with clarity—and a better sense of how coaching can help you move forward.
Once you decide to continue, we’ll develop a coaching plan that suits your pace and needs. Sessions are typically 60 minutes and can happen weekly or bi-weekly to help you build momentum. We’ll agree together on the number of sessions to begin with. It’s flexible, and designed around you.
With your plan in place, we’ll continue working together toward the life you want to build. You’ll be supported as you gain clarity, grow your confidence, and take practical steps toward change. We'll also plan for the common obstacles that might show up—and how to move through them.
