2. What we collect

  • Contact details you give us when you enquire or book — name, email, phone number and anything you include in your message.
  • Coaching information — what you choose to share with us so we can support you effectively.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited (for security and analytics).

3. Why we collect it

  • To respond to your enquiries and arrange coaching sessions.
  • To provide and improve our coaching service.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the practice (for example website hosting and email delivery), under contract, and only to the extent they need it to do their job.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and coaching records only as long as necessary for the purpose they were collected and to meet our legal obligations. Marketing data is kept until you ask us to remove it.

6. Confidentiality

What you share in coaching is treated as private and confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the safety of yourself or others.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email us at philip@philipvoigtlifecoaching.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
