1. Using this website
By accessing and using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version always applies.
2. The nature of coaching
Life and decision coaching supports you in setting goals, gaining clarity and taking action. It is not psychotherapy, counselling for clinical conditions, medical advice, legal advice or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for any of these.
If you are dealing with a mental-health concern or a medical condition, please consult an appropriately qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.
3. Bookings and sessions
Sessions can take place in person in Gqeberha and surrounding areas, or online via Zoom or WhatsApp video call. The number of sessions, scheduling, fees and any cancellation or rescheduling terms are agreed directly with you before coaching begins.
4. Your responsibilities
Coaching is a partnership. The decisions you make and the actions you take during and after coaching remain your own responsibility. Results depend on many factors, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
5. Confidentiality
What you share in coaching is treated as private and confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the safety of yourself or others.
6. Privacy and your information
Any personal information you submit through this website (for example via the contact form) is used only to respond to your enquiry and to arrange coaching. It is handled in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We do not sell your information.
7. Intellectual property
The content on this website — including text, images, programme materials and branding — belongs to Philip Voigt Life Coaching unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Philip Voigt Life Coaching is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
